I clicked the password reset button but it hasn't come through.

Generally, the cause of this issue is because you do not have an online account, or your Summit Club membership is linked to a different email address.

You can create an account here, or if you still have access to the email address then you can reset your password here

If you have joined in store, you do still need an online account and sometimes one isn't automatically created. If you create an account, and at the bottom of the form tick 'I signed up in store'. On the next screen you can then put in your summit club card number.
