Out There Rewards Photograph & Videography Consent Form

I have been asked, and have agreed to, participate in Photography and Videography for the purpose of recording the Out There Rewards hike event for use in marketing material (Purpose).

I grant Kathmandu Pty Ltd (and its related entities, subsidiaries, licensees or assignees) (together "Company") irrevocable permission to:

• Photograph, film and/or record images of me, and/or my voice, for the Purpose;  
• Use images and recordings of me (Imagery), in perpetuity and worldwide, for broadcast and/or publication, in any medium (whether internal or external), for any lawful purpose. 

In relation to all Imagery captured of me, I confirm and warrant that:

• I do not own the copyright of any Imagery;
• I waive all rights (howsoever arising) in relation to the recording and use of the Imagery;
• I have been compensated for my time in relation to the recording of the Imagery;
• I am not entitled to any further payment or compensation in connection with the Imagery; and
• I waive any right to inspect and approve the Imagery and the format(s) in which it may be used. 

I understand that the Imagery may be edited, adapted, modified, used either whole or in part and alone or in conjunction with any wording. I further release the Company and their employees, agents or contractors acting on their behalf from any liability associated with or arising in connection to the use of the Imagery.

I am legally entitled to authorise this use and have read and fully understood the above authorisation. This release shall be binding upon me.
