Gluon Beyond Pack V5 - All Colours - Item No B0290

Kathmandu has identified a potential problem with the Gluon Beyond Pack v5 and is taking remedial action.

Problem

Some of the shoulder strap loops are too big for the hook, causing the strap to unhook.

What to do

Please return your Gluon Beyond Pack to your nearest Kathmandu store where replacement hooks will be supplied and fitted. Alternatively, call Customer Service to organise replacement hooks directly. 

How to fix your Gluon Beyond Pack

Please follow these steps to replace the hooks on your Gluon Beyond Pack.

Step 1: Detach the hook from the pack loop.

Step 2: Remove the hook from the attached strap by unthreading the strap.

Step 3: Take your corresponding replacement left or right hook and thread the strap through it - first, through the lower entry point and then back through the upper entry point.

Step 4: Feed the end of the strap underneath the safety/keeper.

Step 5: Attach the hook back onto the corresponding loop at the bottom of the bag.
